	The new Children’s Hospital on Fitzsimons Medical Campus was specially designed with the care and treatment of young patients in mind. The 1:89 scale LEGO model stands 21 inches tall on an 8’ x 8’ base, and contains about 12,000 LEGO bricks. It includes every exterior detail of the real hospital complex, from the tiny shrubs outside to the helicopter landing pad on the roof. The replica will be placed on display at the real hospital when it opens its doors for the first time on September 29, 2007.
